TELKOM AFTER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

I lost a sim card and I've been trying to cancel this contract for months and I'm send from pillar to post without any success. I need someone from the cancellation department TO CALL ME. I cannot pay every month, for a simcard that does not exist. Your support will be highly appreciated.
