Telkom after sales is embarrassing

In this day and age to have unlimited data and a service provider who has the cheapest rates but their after sale service us so appalling that it doesn't matter anymore is disgusting telkom. The telkom brand is pathetic. If telkom was a person I'd ask *** is your problem abd punch it in the face. <br> Sending a proof of payment and being told they can't see it coz the person doesn't know how to open an attachment not understand that a eft does not have a bank stamp.<br> <br> Having an issue that cannot be resolved on the day promised and having no one call us on back to apologise and other explain.<br> <br> Told that products are being discontinued because no one wants to source stock at other branch.<br> <br> Being told to hold for manager and laughed at after an hour of holding that your waiting so long. Only to be told there's no manager available. <br> <br> Being promised a problem will be resolved tomorrow and in same conversation be told if it can be resolved because I'm not sure it can.<br> Sies<br> <br> Given a cellphone asked to collect it but still waiting for it to be activated 2 days later and no one bothers to call me with a follow up.
