Telkom After Sale and Support service questionable and frustrating

We have had endless issues with our latest upgrade on our account. What was meant to be a simple plan upgrade sold to us in April 2020 has now become the most inconvenient with endless calls and emails to support. With no replies to emails or request queries either, we will definitely be looking at another service provide.
