TELKOM - AFRIHOST-OPENSERVE

On 18 December I app**** for an DSL line at my new residence through AFRIHOST. They advised me that the matter will be forwarded to OPENSERVE who will do the installation on behalf of TELKOM. This is where the **** started. every week Afrihost tell me that they are waiting for Openserve. Eventually they said Openserve cant find my address. I then mailed them an electricity account and received a reply with a reference nr. Low and behold I still haven't got my line. Today 25 January I followed up with Afrihost again and the next minute I received a email asking for a water and light account again. In the mean time I have to buy data for my LTE router, so in stead of paying under R500 a month I am now on R2000. AFRIHOST deducted December money the day I app**** and I was again invoiced and monies deducted end of December 2020 fior January 2021. Maybe I should run my business just as croocked as they do. Stay away from TELKOM< AFRIHOST and OPENSERVE if yoy want peace of mind.
