Telkom affecting my Credit Rating incorrectly

I have just been informed that Telkom have apparently had me Credit Listed, even though I haven't had a Telkom Service in many years and everything is always paid up and sorted. I need this sorted out immediately or at the very least, I need to be told what I owe so I may settle it.
