Telkom affecting my CREDIT!!!!!!

I've noticed that Telkom has not cleared the miscommunication they have on my account. And now my CREDIT is affect due to Telkom employing *********** staff. Or would it be blamed on a system that they are working on...only they would know but no way in hell can they expect me to pay for something that was there mistake. Does it look like I'm earning millions to dish out money. And then they have debt collectors calling me when they cannot resolve the matter when it said to me its resolved. So what is Telkom trying??????
