Telkom Affecting Credit Score!!!!!!

Telkom service is pathetic we received a device from them in july 2019 but unfortunately we did have signal to connect to the internet. so i called a queried it. i was told that sorry for the inconvenience and that my contract would be cancelled, which has not taken place and i was being debited every month, so i went back to my bank and reversed it.... only to find out that my credit score is being affected each time!!!!!! please Telkom do you'll s job for once.
