Telkom🙄

I'm so naar with telkom. At first I was happy and received great service. Now all of a sudden as soon as my contact is due for upgrade I'm constantly receiving zero service and they can't tell me it because of tower because I'm in the middle of Bedfordview. I have to flight mode my phone a good 5 to 6 times for it to get service again and the restarts in-between, so this made me hesitant to go back to telkom to upgrade so I put it off for a while and delt with it. Now I've got the call center harassing me telling me that I'm due for upgrade and I've told them my predicament so many time and they continue to harass me. So I went to telkom on the 31st of January to cancel my contract and the call center is still harassing me, the phoned me again today (2nd of February) to tell me my contact is due for upgrade and why have I not done it.... Really telkom really, come on get your **** together. From a company that had great service I'm disappointed you have really gone to the trash
