TELKOM ADVERTS BIG LIE

What a disappointment in service. We app**** for an Internet home package on 08/12/2017 and we are still waiting. After numerous phone calls and empty promises we still do not have internet. I specifically asked if the internet will be installed and up and running before the university starts. The worst of it all is that a debit order was implemented already and my money is taken, probably for waisting the call centre's time when I phone everytime to enquire and have to hold on for more thant 1 hour at a time. Poorer service that this is hard to find. Ai Telkom, please do something about your service.
