TELKOM - ADVERTISING & SELLING PRODUCTS WITHOUT STOCK

I purchased a phone contract in December 2024, the deal came with a smart watch. It is now February 2025, I still have not received the smart watch, nor can I get an indication of when the smart watch is expected? As a consumer, I am paying the full contract price of the product, but in reality I only have a partial product - is Telkom going to discount my monthly contract price until they can provide the watch?
