Telkom advertising phones they have no stock of!

I have been trying to take out a mobile phone contract with Telkom for 3 weeks now. They advertise the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus 32 GB on a Completely Unlimited contract for R1,499 but they haven't had stock of this handset for THREE WEEKS (maybe longer but three weeks is how long I've been trying) - which is how long I've been waiting to transfer from my current provider. <br> <br> I visited the Telkom store in the Pavillion shopping centre on 12th October 2015, taking all my required paperwork. I was first told it would be 2 days before they have stock. Now each time I ask (and they never bother updating me first), it's next week and then maybe two weeks more. I even called Telkom Direct to ask about this and no Sales Person ever called back.<br> <br> IF YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK - DON'T ADVERTISE DEALS FOR THAT PHONE. IT IS MISLEADING, FALSE ADVERTISING AND NONE OF YOUR COMPETITORS ARE DOING IT. YOU CAN'T SELL OR PROMOTE SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE.<br> <br> Getting really cheesed off with the false advertising, the lack of customer service - is this what service is going to be like if I ever get to take out a contract with you????
