telkom advertising and not producin

My mom purchased a laptop as a contract for me as it was advertised on pamphlet, I am still awaiting my purchase my mom keeps going to check up and they keep saying they are awaiting for stock to arrive, now they advertising another laptop to us for a different amount and trying to persuade us to other stuff and saying we might not get what we ordered weeks and weeks ago. Thlakele is the name of the sales person I think, this is not right what was advertised should be given to us.
