telkom advertising and not producin

This is my second complaint against the same Telkom, after not delivering the first time when my mom took a laptop for me signed forms n given all paper works the store says they now don't have that laptop available my mom took another one which the girl advertised to her now forms have been signed for the new one n was promised to deliver on the 1st when she goes to fetch the laptop it was the wrong one and the manager says must come back on the 4th as the girl who signed for that laptop was off, my mom goes there today, and now the store says they don't have any stock, I don't understand why this is happening for the second time. My first complaint I gave on Helo peter has not been resolved as yet from Telkom and now this is my second complaint my reference from Telkom for first complaint is Sm216779, that was the first contract that was advertised and not delivered after they persuaded my mom to take another contract which was advertised and yet again still not delivered I need serious action taken against this cos I am still waiting for the laptop.
