Telkom advertising a hoax

This is the 3rd email regarding this problem.<br> I have no signal from Telkom in the area that I moved to. A technician was sent out to investigate the problem and confirmed no signal at all.<br> Problem is I am tied into a contract with Telkom and they are debiting my account every month for data that I now cannot use since there is no Telkom coverage in the area.<br> <br> Their response: Sorry for you, we cant change the contract and I am advised to buy data at tripple the price of what I have been paying for the last 18months.<br> What a cheek, no desire to help, no solution, you're on your own.<br> Please dont hook up with 8ta or any Telkom ads, they are hoax and once you are tied in, they will do absolutely nothing to solve your problem
