Telkom advertised Fibre does not seem to be real

I have been applying for Fibre for the past two months. I went to the store(in July) but they never came to install. I app**** online on the 8th August and was contacted on the 10th. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days. I am still waiting. The first one was never processed. It would have been better if Telkom had told me they don't want to do business with me. If I knew of other Fibre service providers, I would have gone to them already.
