Telkom ADSL - Worst ISP - I do not recommend them as a ISP

I cancelled my Telkom uncapped ADSL contract in September 2020 and Telkom was still debiting. I went to Jabulani Mall to the telkom store to ensure this was cancelled , however Telkom has still been debiting. Each month is a struggle as i have to dispute the debit order. Today - Telkom has debited R599 again , to what extent do i need to go to - to ensure that they stop debitting my account ?
