Telkom ADSL - worst ever!

Telkom is the worst service provider ever. They sent an SMS saying that they are upgrading infrastructure in our area and our services might be interupted for 48 hours, that has been 9 days ago. Ever since then our internet has not been working at all. Several faults have been logged and I have called the call center several times but still the issue has not been resolved. I am paying for a 10Mb line that is mostly off or giving me at most 1Mb/s. Your service is horrible.
