Telkom ADSL woe's

It's really hard to be a patriotic supporter of a SA company if they really don't live up to expectation. I'm not sure anymore who to blame for my abysmally low ADSL line speed, but for the last 18 months I've been getting 1,3Mb speed while I've been paying for a 10Mb connection. to their credit, they have discounted the amount so I've sort of been getting fair value, but the line speed remains something I'm not getting what I asked for. I've cancelled these services and will move to one of the new players in the market. I think it's such a pity it's come to this.
