Telkom ADSL service TERRIBLE : Service TERRIBLE

I have requested telkom to upgrade my current ADSL package to unlimited 10mb. this was on the 2019-02-01 and they gave me a order number ********** 65A.

I am still waiting and to try and get hold of them is a few hours of holding on a phone waiting for them just to cut you off after a few hours of waiting.

Can't wait for Vodacom Fiber so I can cancel this as fast as possible.
