Telkom ADSL really unreliable, and poor service

<p>Hi there, Telkom SA, is so unreachable about a 4mb line I have, that is running at 150k at the most, I have phoned and emailed their customer support on numerous times, but the service is stable for a week, and the they shape my line, or it'es back to useless speeds again, it's 4mb uncapped, and I dont't even use 20gb a month, so this is very usless and poor service, really!!! And unacceptable, are they shaping and *****ing bandwith from us, or are they just useless anyway?? Please answer telkom, and stop bull****ting me, Iam an IT professional, and your service is really ****!!!
