Telkom ADSL Queensburgh Durban

I have two ADSL lines in queensburgh durban Over the last month we have been experiencing ADSL line drops and poor line speeds Reported to Telkom on thursday August 24 fault numbers 674CNK240817 & 681CNK240817. ADSL line speed < 0.5 mbps on a 2mbps line , and < 1 on 4mbps line Tecnician arrived at business on Tuesday 29th , check line and advised there was nothing could be done , he actually made the line speed slower , we can't even open a local website!!
