Telkom Adsl Problems for 3 weeks now

<p>Hi guys i Have a big problem with my Telkom Adsl for 3 Weeks now and still they dont do anything to it my adsl is up for a day or 2 then down for 3 days or 2 how does this work are all the people useless working there or what i have a 10 mb uncapped account and i dont even get 3 mb and then the ping is like 440 ms *** i think i should use some other sevice provider cause this is bull **** fix the ****ing fault and stop playing around fault number is</p> <p> 219ctk131116</p> <p>http://www.speedtest.net/result/ ********** 116.png</p>
