Telkom ADSL place in Holding Pool

<p>I send a mail on 22 Jun 2016 to ********** (only way to contact them), an automated mail was sent back to me that a person from Telkom contacted me in period of 14 days, now it is already 27 working days without any contact</p> <p>Every time I send an email the automatic response say now up to 48 days but no call yet</p>
