Telkom ADSL + Phone Line Not Operating

<p>My line was working just fine until tonight when my router was not picking up any reading. Can I ask that this issue be escalated to the Telkom technicians to come have a look again. The last time (which was less than a month ago) the technician came here had told me that the line connected to the wrong place. I thought this was fixed and now problems again, disappointed! ********** 933. I would appreciated if a senior technician came and fixed the issue once and for all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled.</p>
