Telkom ADSL not working and cant get hold of them

Our ADSL (Wifi Internet) has been pathetic over the last 4 days.

We have no signal what so ever. I have logged an email on telkom website and I have tried to contact them on there helpline but I am on hold forever.

Please could someone assist me. ********** is the number of our telkom line in question. My contact number ********** 437.
