telkom adsl not cancelled

I have cancelled my adsl july last year and has been billed for it after that and now i got a judgement against me so at the moment i am so cross for i cant get finance for a car because of this and i logged a complain and they said they putting a dispute in and nothing has been done. i feel like i am getting shunt from pillar to past with no help
