TELKOM ADSL NO SHOW

so i app**** for a uncaped adsl ine from telkom (online) i get phoned about 1 week later by a very friendly consultant who explains everything to me so i settled on the 24 month deal which has a free modem and free installation ,two weeks go past and no word from telkom ,then i receive a sms with my user name and password for my internet ,another week pass and still no telkom then another so i asked them on facebook what is going on ,now all of a sudden i must pay R700-00 deposit for god knows what before they whould do the installation ,i asked them why i was not informed about this the day i was phoned by the consultant and no one can give me an answer ,also what is this R700-00 for no one can give me an answer ,TELKOM IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD ,how can you tell me all the ins and outs about what i am getting plus the monthly instalment and forget to tell me about that ,i have the recording on my phone and there is no mention of this so called deposit ,I WILL RATHER GIVE THIS MONEY TO A RANDOM GUY ON THE STREET THAN DEAL WITH SUCH A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY ,I AM SO GLAD OTHER COMPANIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR INTERNET AND I HOPE THEY KEEP GROWING SO THAT WE CAN GET RID OF THIS USELESS COMPANY TELKOM ,i requested that they phone me and i am still waiting ,TELKOM YOU ARE PATHETIC
