Telkom ADSL Line Upgrade - Pending 2 weeks now - Pathetic Service!

What I thought would be a quick and easy thing to do is taking Telkom 2 weeks and counting....to do. Upgrading an ADSL seems to be a very challenging task for Telkom to handle.
