Telkom ADSL line Time-out/drop

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My telkom ADSL keeps timing out consistently. every 3-5minutes. When I called telkom they advised that nothing was wrong. Every single time I attempt to do anything on my browser it drops. The speed is fine the ping is fine however It keeps timing out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Case logged: 262cwk031216</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone assess the exchange problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
