TELKOM ADSL LINE SUCKS!

<p>I have uncapped ADSL through mweb. I also have a Telkom landline as you cannot just have an ADSL line for some stupid reason. This is the third time my ADSL line in down. Now I am stuck with no Internet again! This happens every 2 to 3 months often being down for a week or more before being fixed because apparently they can't sort this issue out. Every time it seems to be settings on their end. Not even damaged cable. This is unacceptable. I am paying for a service that I am not even getting. I eagerly await the day when fibre is available in my area so I do not have to put up with Telkom's nonsense anymore. They don't even take this downtime into consideration on your bill either. Telkom is so unreliable. Not only am I paying for a service that is full of issues I am also losing out on money as I work pert time from home and I need my ADSL to be up for this purpose. </p>
