Telkom ADSL line slow

I loaded a fault with my line on the 14th October (46CTK141017). My ADSL download speed and gaming is seriously slow.

On the 21st October the Telkom technician called to asked if I still had an issue, which I did. He then sorted out the line and the download speed was back to normal. Later the day I noticed online gaming, even though my ping was low was still really laggy.

Today getting home after work, the line speed was once again extremely slow. Doing a speedtest, the speed is once again about half of what it should be.

Please can you get a technician to have a look at the line again.
