Telkom Adsl line out of service since 17 MARCH

Reported faulty phone and ADSL line on 17 March. Technician inspected. Line had to be replaced. Followed up. Confirmed will be repaired by latest 15 April. <br> <br> Phone lines were worked on. ADSL worked for 1 day. Phone line DID NOT WORK! ADSL line off again after a day!!<br> <br> Checked fault 5ctk170316. It only reflects In progress. <br> <br> Tried to get feedback from Telkom via chat and e-mail. Receieved sms dispute was created but service NOT REPAIRED AS YET. <br> <br> Now without service for a month. <br> <br> Can Telkom PLEASE get our phone and ADSL line fixed.
