Telkom ADSL line issue

Telkom, please repair my internet line. I'm not getting the internet up and download speed that I am paying for. As soon as a fault is logged, I'll wait three weeks and then recieve an sms saying the technician was sent out. I never met a technician and the same problem is still not resolved. Please repair my line and supply the service that I'm paying for. Regards
