Telkom Adsl line installed at wrong address

I have app**** online for my Telkom ADSL line 4mb uncapped home line. Gave all my details on my online application then gave it again when the consultant phone me. Still they have managed to get my address wrong. I have done the application on the 15 of January and still nothing. Order number ( ********** 60)
