Telkom ADSL line fault

My ADSL line stopped working on 16/07/2015 and the fault was reported to Telkom (Ref. number: 30bwk150715). Nothing has been done since then and no indication has been provided for when the fault might be rectified. Telkom has no regard for the fact that a service is being paid for and not provided. I have phoned numerous times and now have an escalation number (710405), but still nothing has been done.<br> <br> I would like an urgent response from Telkom with regards to the above complaint.
