Telkom ADSL line down after *********** contractor worked on lines

The most *********** service provider ever. My ADSL line was down from 16/10/18****CNK161018), and was reported on the 16th. My line was restored on 09/10/2018. Only for it to go down again on 13/11/18(151CNK131118), this was reported on the same day. The second time it went faulty was after a Telkom Contractor, Mthiyane Construction and plant hire worked on the line of a neighboring company. I find it very strange how my line goes down and immediately my neighbors line is working perfectly. This isn't the first time this has happened, always after a Telkom contractor has worked in our building. Please don't send contractors out to businesses, rather send a Telkom technician who knows what to do.
