Telkom ADSL down

Currently, I have an ADSL line. Telkom/Openserv have been digging in my area and according to technicians cables were damaged. They are installing Fibre. For the last 3 and 1/2 weeks, I have been struggling with my Internet connection. I have reported it several times, but Telkom keeps closing the fault. Several technicians have been in my house. I am still working from home and my daughter is studying from home as well. I want to upgrade to fiber, but I am still waiting for a call from the sales dept. This is beyond frustrating as the connection is up and down. The only response from the call center agent; I am sorry. This however, does not solve the problem. Who can recommend a reliable service provider that uses fiber ?
