The worst customer service ever. If you working from home, and need support at night. Telkom doesnt care at all, they will keep cutting your call. So much for caring for customers. Wheres your damn brains Telkom? People are working from home, some like myself, nightshift, you cant offer support at night? The worst service provider ever, you guys will never succeed, get your freaken acts together.
