Telkom Adsl Department are lazy, *********** ,unprofessional

We have on numerous occassions app**** for an adsl line. They never gave us any updates on progresses. We had to chase them up. Our ref number was 666597. Eventually their lame excuae was that asdl is no longer allowed in our area owing to copper theft as their techicians reported . Today we discovered our next door next door neighbour had his telkom ADSL installed this week. So what is the reason
