Telkom ADSL contract without service

I have a contract ADSL service with telkom. My internet service is again off for more than a week for the third time since I started my contract with telkom this year. Reported the fault many times without any success. The previous faults miraculously fixed them self after some time passed. No joy from telkom. if you need ADSL service DO NOT GO THE CONTRACT route with TELKOM. You are stuffed!!!
