TELKOM ADSL CANCELLATION

I need assistance with regards to my account which i have requested to be cancelled since March 2020.I have tried repeatedly to cancel my account , after making several calls and emailing TELKOM and unfortunately, they refuse to cancell my service .I have proof of my emails and sms and even though i show them the proof they still do not reply to my emails and calls.Please can you help me.
