Telkom ADSL

I had app**** for a Home Adsl to be installed in November 2020 and it was never installed up to date, i am being charged for something i dont have, i have logged numerous emails with this query and nothing has been done, they are telling me i owe R1727 which is now sitting on my credit profile, they keep on telling me that they will call me back i am still waiting. kindly assist and remove the amount i cannot pay for something i do not have. my ref no for the case is ***4. my contact details are ***
