Telkom adsl and telephone line endless problems

Telkom’s service is very poor. Let’s say PATHETIC is the suitable word . I have experienced endless issuies with my adsl and telephone line.I logged a fault a week ago and to date no one came out to attend to the complaint . When I called the call centre the agent informed me that there call has not been sent to the technicians after waiting and waiting nothing has been done. I feel that customers are not taking seriously . So I must call again and again and wait and then nothing happens . I feel that I have made a very bad decision by signing up with Telkom . Now I must wait again till they decide to one day attend to my complaint !!!
