Telkom Adsl and Land line dead for over a Week

Good Day

Last weekend Telkom was doing work across the road at the exchange.

My adsl line and telephone line are completely dead.

I logged a call last week Monday morning to report this and have called everyday as this is affecting my business. Telkom have still not shown up and my lines are still completely dead.

I need assistance urgently
