Telkom ADSL and Fiber not working!!!!!

I cannot believe how useless Telkom service is. They're quick to sign up a user but fail miserably on their follow up service.

I have agreed to the service for an upgrade to Fiber from my current ADSL line. This was a month ago! Vumatel have activated my line successfully 2 weeks ago however I have not yet received a response from Telkom on activation.

Luckily I had my ADSL line working for connectivity, however, today my ADSL line is not working. When calling into Telkom, they log the incident however still no updates on my Fiber activation. This is such poor service. No response on my previous hellopeter complaint as well.
