Telkom adsl and billing enquiry

My telkom adsl has not been working for a few days now.i logged in a fault but they say it's sorted. What is telkoms email adress or landline were you can contact them accept phoning 10210.i want to send in my account details their isnt any email adress provided. My telkom bill is high for the fast 4 months despite me using it.
