Telkom ADSL Add Data not working.

Telkom portal to purchase additional ADSL data. Not working . Phoned help desk twice yesterday and after the second call was told that the portal was done. Said I try again later or nest day. Day 2 and still not working. Details:- Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /topup/index.html. Reason: Error reading from remote server ________________________________________ Apache/2.2.3 (Oracle) Server at secure.telkomsa.net Port 443

So now I have run out of data and Telkom has no other means to allow me to purchase additional data. I have had to use my Vodaphone low speed ****le to carry on working!
