Telkom ADSL

I had an LTE Modem on contract and decided to replace it with an adsl package. I had a landline as a fixed voice line which was installed several months prior to these events.

After making my application online I now have a new landline installed and getting billed for 2 landlines as well as not even getting the internet service I had asked for

I am soo frustrated I wish I knew where these people are physically so I can catch them and deal with them.

This incompetence is shocking !!!
