Telkom AdminPlus (device insurance)

How is Telkom still a internet service provider when they toy around with people like this? I have a device insurance with them and apparently it was cancelled in December (this is according to AdminPlus— their device insurance). I honestly thought they were the same entity but anyway, now that it’s supposedly cancelled, why am I still being billed and getting invoices for the same device insurance? There’s a lot of conflicting information from the two parties. AdminPlus says Telkom should reimburse me because they cannot “reinstate” the policy but according to Telkom this policy is still active. Help me understand this
