Telkom admin systems useless

I cancelled my service in person a year ago. I’m Still receiving reminders to pay and have recently had calls by a legal collection agency. I have all the proof that I have suspended my service and the house that the service was provided to has actually been demolished so this is quite crazy: Dear Telkom Customer. Your balance for account *** is R2464.23 this month and is due on the 15-09-2021. Please log onto Telkom website to make payment. This payment method will ensure immediate transfer of payment. First time users will need to register prior to effecting payment. Please ignore if already paid. Thanks.
